Apple iPhone 12 Mini 5G

Following persistent rumours, Apple unveiled a mini version of its iPhone 12 device in 2020. At just 5.4-inches, it was Apple’s first-ever mini device and impressively featured a lot of what made the iPhone 12 so successful. 

The smartphone weighs just 135g and is incredibly durable, featuring scratch-resistant ceramic glass and oleophobic coating. The device is IP68 dust and water-resistant and can be submerged in water up to 6 metres for 30 minutes. 

The Super Retina XDR display remains here and the phone offers a standard resolution of 1080 x 2340. The result is a crisp display that looks great but can be quite small for some sections of the Apple fanbase. 

The smartphone packs a dual 12MP camera set-up and captures 4K video at 60fps. Astonishingly even for such a small device, the smartphone is available in a 4GB/256GB variant with prices starting at £519 at the time of this writing. 

There’s a smaller battery here at 2227mAh, but as with the other smartphones in the iPhone 12 line-up the smartphone is compatible with 20W fast-charging which charges the phone to 50% in 30 minutes. The phone also supports 15W MagSafe wireless charging. 

The iPhone 12 Mini is available in Black, White, Red, Green, Blue and Purple.
