Released in 2019, the Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is a mammoth of a device that packs a punch and a meagre price for Samsung’s standards. 

The Korean smartphone vendor is well known for its excellent high-end devices but here it delves into the lower-priced segment with a cheap powerhouse. The smartphone is priced at between £200 to £300 depending on where you look and its 6.7-inch, 206g frame give it more of a flagship look and feel. 

It should be noted that the smartphone has dropped in price considerably after Samsung released more premium devices but the A90 retains the 5G connectivity which should be a key USP going forward. 

With an 86% screen-to-body ratio, the smartphone is covered in Gorilla Glass 6 and houses an impressive 48MP triple camera set-up with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 5MP depth sensor. 

Alongside that, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 855 processor and is paired with 6GB of RAM meaning it handles just about every game or movie you could throw at it with ease and no lag whatsoever. 

Like most other Samsung smartphones, the device supports 25W fast charging for its 4,500mAh battery, which is a pretty impressive addition to this given that this is a feature normally reserved for higher-priced models.
