Overview

Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G

Released in August of 2020, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G is the last of the Note devices for the foreseeable future. This is because Samsung has opted to focus on its foldable slate of devices, so for die-hard Note fans that prefer a phone that doesn’t fold, this is the perfect option.

With a massive 6.9-inch screen and 208g weight, the smartphone is one of the largest and heaviest models that Samsung has produced, rivalling the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with its sheer size.

But with that large screen comes a beautiful looking 120Hz AMOLED screen that is covered by the Gorilla Glass Victus and features an impressive 91.7% screen-to-body ratio.

The smartphone is powered by the Exynos 990 chipset for its global device and the Snapdragon 865 for the USA version of the device.

Performance is top-notch as expected from a high-end Samsung device released just last year. Gaming and streaming are both fluid and excellent here but the 108MP camera also deserves a mention. The camera is excellent and holds up impressively over a year later against higher-priced competition and it is supported by two more rear cameras and a 10MP selfie camera.

The smartphone also offers a 4500mAh battery which is a little less powerful than the one offered on the S20 Ultra. But Samsung does offer 25W fast-charging which charges the device reasonably quickly.

For those not wanting to shell out on a foldable device while retaining S-Pen compatibility, the Note 20 Ultra is the device for you.
